Start with the rudder spar and frame assembly, sand and clean up |

All ribs will need to be sanded and cut to fit with the correct angles |

Jim finishing off the rest of the ribs in the rudder. Use [packing tape liberally to get everything placed while wainting for the epoxy to harden. Apply the gussets to the trailing edge/ rib joints. |
