Start with the rudder spar and frame assembly, sand and clean up

 

Jim Marske installing a rudder rib after epoxying in the trailing edge. the trailing edge may be tacked in with 5 minute epoxy to get correct quick placement before using regular epoxy to glue on the gussets to the trailing edge. All ribs will need to be sanded and cut to fit with the correct angles

 

Jim finishing off the rest of the ribs in the rudder. Use [packing tape liberally to get everything placed while wainting for the epoxy to harden. Apply the gussets to the trailing edge/ rib joints.
